YouGotServed×Google Business Profile

Keep your Google listing in sync with your restaurant's ordering portal — automatically.

What is YouGotServed?

YouGotServed is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for independent restaurants. Restaurants sign up, get a branded ordering portal at their own URL, take pickup, delivery, and dine-in orders, and manage hours, menus, payments, and reservations from one admin dashboard. We're operated by NOVA INNOVATIONS SOFTWARE DESIGN L.L.C S.O.C (Novakhan), based in Dubai, UAE, serving restaurants across Europe and the Middle East.

What does the integration do?

Once a restaurant connects their existing Google listing to YouGotServed, six things start happening — automatically and continuously.

Business hours stay current

Edit your opening hours once in YouGotServed and they automatically reflect on Google Maps and Search.

"Order online" link on your listing

A direct Place Action Link is added to your Google listing, pointing customers straight to your YGS menu.

Holiday and special closures

Mark a special closure in YGS and Google updates the same day — no double entry.

Logo and cover photos

Your restaurant's branded logo and banner photos appear on your Google listing.

Restaurant attributes

Dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, halal), payment methods, and service options (takeout, delivery, dine-in) sync to Google.

Reviews in your dashboard

Google reviews appear inside the YGS admin dashboard, and you can reply to them directly.

What data we access

We request a single OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. Here is exactly what that means in practice.

We read
  • Account list (which Google accounts the restaurant owner can access)
  • Locations under each account (so the owner can pick which listing to link)
  • Location details: title, address, categories, hours, verification state
  • Reviews: comment text, star rating, reviewer name and photo, timestamps
  • Attribute schema for the location’s primary category
We write
  • Business hours and special hours
  • Phone number, website URL, name, business description
  • Restaurant attributes (dietary, payment, service options)
  • Place Action Links (Order online, Order delivery, Reserve a table)
  • Logo and cover photos
  • Replies to reviews (only when the restaurant owner initiates)
We never
  • Modify the restaurant's street address (so Google's verification status is preserved)
  • Create, delete, or transfer ownership of listings
  • Access any restaurant's data without their explicit OAuth consent
  • Share data with third parties

Who controls the data?

Restaurants retain full ownership of their Google Business Profile at all times. YouGotServed acts as an authorized integration partner using OAuth 2.0 — the restaurant explicitly grants access during the connection flow and can revoke at any time. We do not act on behalf of restaurants beyond what the scope and the in-product consent allow.

Security & data handling

Built for trust, by default

  • OAuth refresh tokens stored at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption
  • Per-record salt and IV; no shared key material between records
  • TLS 1.2+ on all Google API requests
  • Tokens never leave our infrastructure; never logged, never shared with any third party
  • Disconnect wipes all tokens within the same database transaction
  • All data access is scoped to the authenticated restaurant's organization — strict multi-tenant isolation

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.
